Securing the next generation of technicians is critical for the ongoing success of a business in the automotive industry. We understand that hiring apprentices is not always feasible without strong support.

The MTA’s Group Training Organisation can be your solution to this. If you are aware of a young person who is eager to learn but has not yet found an apprenticeship, the MTA will give them the skills, training and industry access to prepare them for their automotive career.

If the idea of hiring or the paperwork required to hire an apprentice overwhelms you, rest assured the MTA will take over that responsibility and assist with the process.

Our specialised recruitment team are able to process the applicant from start to finish where they implement a pre-selection test followed by a personal interview.

If you are aware of somebody who may be interested in an apprenticeship, we want to know.

We have positions available in all the automotive trades, including Light & Heavy Vehicle Technician, Agriculture, Auto Refinishing, Body Repair, Marine and Auto Electrician amongst others.
