In October, the MTA launched our new Job Ready program. This two day program ensures that new apprentices are equipped with a foundational skill set, easing their transition into the workforce.

Our candidates gained an understanding of work, health and safety (WHS), hand tools, hoist operation and vehicle service tasks. With our trainers' guidance, we're proud to offer pathways in this exciting and dynamic industry. The program was a resounding success and feedback was positive.
